“El espejo humano” forma parte de la Sección Oficial del Festival Terre di Cinema, el cortometraje se proyectará del 5 al 14 de Junio del 2016 y competira por los premios: Iris Awards for Best Young Director y Best Young Cinematographer.
 

Il Concorso di Cortometraggi di TDC16 metterà in luce le nuove ed orignali tendenze della cinematografia contemporanea, con una attenzione particolare allo stile verbale visivo, non narrativo di ciascuna opera selezionata, quale tratto distintivo dei giovani talenti emergenti sul panorama nazionale ed internazionale. Le proiezioni al pubblico saranno parte integrante del Programma della Edizione 2016 di TDC, gli autori selezionati saranno incoraggiati a partecipare organicamente alle attività programmate, come Masterclass, workshop e Q&A.
 
Il 15 e 16 giugno, all’interno della presentazione in esclusiva per la Sicilia dei nuovi prodotti foto e video di ADCOM, si terrà il workshop Light & Shoot con il direttore della fotografia Vincenzo Condorelli, AIC. Il workshop della durata di un giorno è modulare e coprirà aspetti teorici e pratici della ripresa ed illuminazione dell’immagine digitale.
 
Terre di Cinema is a celebration of the art and craft of Cinematography, taking place in Italy, every summer since 2011.It is an international film festival and a residential training campus at once, highlighting the emerging European talents on the contemporary scene.
 
Terre di Cinema is made by filmmakers for filmmakers, it brings together, in a spectacular location, rich of cinematographic history – the Taormina District, in Sicily – the present and future protagonists of the moving pictures industry. And by doing so we promote a better understanding and knowledge of cinematography and filmmaking for our general audience.
 

We work hard to deliver each year a high profile programme of screenings, masterclasses, technical workshops, and a residential CineCampus, attended by film students and young filmmakers from all over Europe and the rest of the world. It is a full round showcase of the state of the art of the international filmmaking community, with a specific focus on the authors who are reshaping, through their visions, the aesthetics of cinema worldwide.

Basado en una historia real. Una joven de 17 años con problemas de sociabilidad vive sin apenas contacto con el exterior, encerrada en casa contempla cada día las crueldades anunciadas en las noticias y su mente se va acercando cada vez más a la peligrosa forma de ser de la sociedad.
