East Anglian Student Film Festival is an international student film festival based in Ipswich, Suffolk (Inglaterra). Previously known as the Suffolk Film Festival, the East Anglian Student Film Festival aims to showcase the best of local filmmakers as well as filmmakers from around the world. We are a free festival, which means it’s free to enter and free to attend. The festival takes place October 16th 2015 at Suffolk One and Cineworld, Ipswich. Details of workshops and screenings coming soon. #EASFF2015 is supported by Summer Isle Films, Raindance, Cineworld, Hughes Electrical, Tesco, and Ipswich Waterfront.

EASFF is supported and organised by Grumpy Dogfish and One Film Society a passionate group of filmmakers and designers who are dedicated to grassroots film making and beyond.
The festival creates opportunities for students to learn from one another and from talented industry professionals. At the festival’s heart is the notion that there is so much power in the art of visual storytelling; the festival acts as a platform for young filmmakers to gain recognition for their talents.
Films are judged by an expert panel of directors, writers, editors, composers, film educators, and actors. The East Anglian Student Film Festival takes place at One College and Cineworld, Ipswich.
East Anglia’s most exciting international student film festival will include an action packed day of short film making, storyboarding and screen acting workshops, as well as a film review writing master class, Q & A sessions with industry experts, cosplay, and screenings.
